It was about three months ago that I came to the realization, as a supporter of Senator John Edwards, that Senator Barack Obama was in fact best equipped to be the next President of the United States. I asked many of you reading this to also join me in supporting Obama. After watching the following video today, I believe this is the true reason we should all support his candidacy. As a former teacher; as someone who has dedicated my life to public service; as someone who has tried to get young people excited about politics and making a change in their community; and as a father, these students inspire me. In Barack Obama, they now feel part of the political process, part of their community, part of the solution, part of this nation. It is amazing what is happening in classrooms across the country as a result of Obama's campaign. We can all only imagine what is possible for America, especially young Americans, under an Obama Presidency. Yes we can!
